Projecting, programming, delivery, installation and setting into motion of  Automatic systems on Terminal for storage and distribution of cement in Banja Luka

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Terminal for storage and distribution of cement in Banja Luka is made of two independent logical parts: truck and train unloading; cement loading.
Space on which the construction work are made is placed on southwest side of one big complex. Trucks are coming from the north access road, while the access to the train railway is from the south side.
              Electrical project of automation of manufactured plant of Terminal for storage and distribution of cement is projected in programmable package E-plan. Electrical calculations of the project are projected in programmable package SIMARIS. The program for controlling is programmed into programmable package STEP 7. SCADA software for visualization and control is WinCC flexible.
              One of the power supply cabinet with control, two cabinets of low voltage distribution board, command place for controlling and controlling cabinet for Mobile loader are projected. The power supply and distribution cabinets are placed into substation, the command place is on the silos plateau, and controlling cabinet for Mobile loader is placed on the plateau beside Mobile loader. With controlling cabinet we manage with the part of plant for trucks and train unloading and with the part of cement loading. Controlling cabinet gets its power supply from substation that is located 100 m away. All motor drives have local box with switch and tasters start/ stop.
             Emergency switches are set in the plant and technology units. Pressing any emergency switch you stop the whole plant, namely, you switch off the power supply of energetic rails in the cabinets. After removing the errors and returning of the emergency switches to the initial position, it is necessary to go to the power supply cabinet to press reset to re-enable the inclusion of protective switches. The process of turning on of the main, protective circuit is as follows, first, the security switch needs to be set to position 0 and then to the position 1. At the power supply cabinet, the switch test is done. In the position 1 (the plant is ready for work) is enabled main switching for powering of the main rails and starting of the command power. In the position 0 (plant turned off) is disabled turning on of command powering of energetic rails.
In the position 2 (the plant in test mode) turning on of the main switch for powering of energetic rails is disabled, and turning on of the command power is enabled. Voltmeter for power measurement and ampmeter for power measurement of on the energetic rails are set at the power closer.
The command place is equiped with a computer for visualization and control with CPU that is placed in the power cabin. The command place is connected with profibus network with CPU that is placed in the power cabinet.
Managing with the plant is according to PI diagram and request of the customers.
The cabinet for Mobile loader control is equipped with distributed equipment and switch gear for Mobile loader controlling.
Powering of the energetic part of the cabinet is connected through the main switch installed at a cabinet with drainage for Mobile loader from the power cabinet.
Powering of the command voltage is from the substation of the power cabinet. Power supply voltage of 24V is also from the power cabinet. The cabinet is a profibus network connected with CPU in the powering cabinet and command controlling place.
